Hannah Hall-Dolezal serves as the College and Career Readiness Program Coordinator at Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest. Her interest in nonprofit work began after college through AmeriCorps service in California. After returning to Oregon, she connected with Girls Inc. through a former high school connection and has now been with the organization for nearly five years.


In her role, Hannah supports participants in Eureka!, Girls Inc.’s five-year STEAM program, helping fourth- and fifth-year participants gain real-world experience through small-group internships and individual externships. She works closely with community and business partners to create meaningful opportunities that help young people explore careers, build confidence, and prepare for their futures.


Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest partners with schools throughout Portland, Seattle, and Southwest Washington to provide holistic youth development programs. Through long-lasting mentoring relationships, inclusive environments, and research-based programming, Girls Inc. helps young people recognize their strengths, navigate barriers, and grow to be strong, smart, and bold.


Outside of work, Hannah enjoys playing pickleball, discovering new coffee shops and restaurants, reading, spending time with family, and befriending just about every cat she meets.
