Clackamas County Victim Assistance, Keysha Kendall, Advocate

Keysha Kendall is a dedicated victim advocate with more than a decade of experience supporting survivors of crime, with a specialized focus on human trafficking cases. As the juvenile point person, she coordinates trauma-informed, survivor-centered services for youth victims and their families, working closely with multidisciplinary partners to promote safety, access to resources, and long-term stability.

The presentation outlines the mission of the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Victim Assistance Program, which works to lessen the devastating impacts of crime by engaging victims and the community in the recovery process. Experienced advocates provide crisis intervention, emotional support, safety planning, assistance with protective orders, information on victims’ rights within the criminal justice system, court accompaniment, and support with restitution requests and Crime Victim Compensation to address out-of-pocket expenses resulting from crime.
