Xcelerate Women, Abby Guyer

We’re excited to welcome Abby Guyer, Executive Director of Xcelerate Women, as our featured speaker for this month’s meeting. Xcelerate Women is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women overcome systemic barriers, grow their businesses, and build lasting economic power.

Abby brings a dynamic background as a creative strategist and brand builder, with experience spanning fashion, sports, retail, hospitality, and design. Her work has supported both global brands and mission-driven organizations, and she is passionate about people, culture, and equity.

In her presentation, Abby will share how Xcelerate Women is broadening access to business ownership by addressing structural inequities and challenging dominant norms. As our understanding of gender evolves, so does Xcelerate’s inclusive approach—while staying rooted in the mission of empowering women and other marginalized individuals.
