Her skills and experience revolve around discharge planning, coordinating the return after rehabilitative care, and providing related resources to all her clients’ lifestyle needs.ent
Locating senior communities for ourselves or loved ones can be an overwhelming experience that typically involves navigating the healthcare system, insurance, and a vast number of senior community options. Because this need often results from a major change in health, the stress is even more acute because it has to happen quickly.
